Please note there is no such thing as a "simple sponge". I would not expect you to work and provide me a service for nothing, so please show me the same courtesy.

Vanilla Madeira Sponge
Mainly used for novelty cakes and depending upon the size and shape of your cake, it will include raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream filling unless you chose to refuse this option upon ordering.

Vanilla or Lemon Sponge
Choose a preferance upon ordering a Celebration cake.
The vanilla sponge is filled with raspberry jam and vanilla buttercream,  The lemon sponge is filled with lemoncurd and lemon buttercream.
(Jam or lemoncurd will be automatically put into the cake unless you chose to refuse this option upon ordering).

Chocolate Sponge
A moist chocolate cake which never fails to satisfy the chocoholic!
Depending upon the size and shape of your cake it will include a chocolate buttercream filling. 

Fruit Cake
Covered in Almond marzipan, baste in alcohol and syrup and matured, this fruitcake recipe is a moist favourite.
